God quickened Acts 15:36 to Walker and Haley. “Paul said to Barnabas, let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.” Since 2000 they began to go to many cities, where crusades were held by Word of Life World Outreach, and hold in-depth pastors’ conferences.

The ministry is strategically based in Lusaka, Zambia and extends to many of the surrounding nations such as South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique. God has blessed them with a great ministry team to reach the estimated 90% of pastors in Southern Africa who have not had any formal Bible training.

Much of the leadership crisis in Africa is due to the great success of evangelism and church planting in the past century. Many pastors and leaders in Southern Africa have a genuine call of God and a desire to help people grow. Large numbers of these leaders are isolated to teaching due to geographic distances and limited resources.

The vision of Africa Outreach is:
  		• To see thousands of mature African pastors and leaders established in God’s love, who understand their identity in Christ and who walk in strong faith.
  		• To see pastors who model Biblical leadership and build caring, growing churches that reach out to their communities.
  		• To see pastors who experience God’s abundance in their spiritual life, physical bodies, finances and family relationships.
